I have ordered these many times for vegan friends who have loved them and always been perfect. My first box delivered 30 Aug was damaged due to being packed with too many heavier items, I contacted Amazon sent photo and got a refund. Opened them to try, found a melted mess sadly. Tasted great but a disappointment. I ordered second box for friend. This time packed well and perfect choc condition. Faith restored 😊 they taste divine! Really much nicer than non vegan chocs I’ve ever tasted ❤️

Initially, discovered they had melted into a lump and so was quite disappointed as they were given as a gift. Suspect they melted during hot weather whilst in the course of delivery. Having left a review, I have recently a free replacement from Monty Bojangles direct, which was a lovely surprise and a classy touch. Having now tried them myself, I can also confirm they are delicious!

Ordered a trio of these to use in personalized advent calendars for a couple friends, and got a second set so myself and husband could quality check/make sure none were melted before sending on. We were blown away by the quality of the random Amazon chocolate find.
